Bridgerton Season 4 is officially underway, and Netflix has shared an exciting sneak peek of Benedict Bridgerton’s love story. The new season, based on An Offer from a Gentleman by Julia Quinn, follows Benedict as he falls for Sophie Beckett, played by Yerin Ha.
In honor of Valentine’s Day, Netflix released the first Bridgerton Season 4 images and behind-the-scenes footage. The sneak peek opens with Queen Charlotte declaring the start of “another season,” while Lady Danbury welcomes viewers to the set.

Viewers are treated to glimpses of upcoming episodes, featuring Benedict and Eloise promenading, Colin Bridgerton enjoying married life with Penelope, and Portia bonding with her new son-in-law. The highlight is the masquerade ball, hosted by Violet Bridgerton, where Benedict meets Sophie—the “Lady in Silver” who changes his perspective on love.

During an intimate moment under a gazebo, Sophie calls it a “spectacular night” as Benedict gazes at her. Later, as they dance, he whispers, “Do not worry, I will not tell my mother.” This moment hints at their forbidden romance, as Sophie is revealed to be a housemaid forced into servitude under a demanding employer.

The sneak peek also features Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma, confirming their return. Additionally, first-look photos reveal Colin and Penelope embracing parenthood, while Violet Bridgerton’s romance with Lord Marcus Anderson continues to blossom.

New characters are also making an entrance this season. Lady Araminta Gun and her daughters, Posy and Rosamund Li, arrive in the Ton, with hopes of securing a prosperous marriage.
Filming for new season began in September, and Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict, teased unexpected twists and a complex fairy tale romance. Ha, his co-star, recalled their instant on-screen chemistry, making their love story even more compelling.
Fans can expect more drama, passion, and romance when Bridgerton Season 4 premieres. Seasons 1-3 are currently streaming on Netflix.
