On Friday,CBS which broadcasts Grammy awards has revealed the name of performers for the first round of show.It includes the name of Benson Boone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Doechii, Raye, Sabrina Carpenter, Shakira and Teddy Swims.

The music industry is trying its best to make Grammys award a memorable one.Boone and Swim have been nominated in the best new artist category,it’s their first time to be nominees whereas Eilish who is a nine-time Grammy winner is also this year’s nominee in one of the awards . For some, Roan and Carpenter who have been nominated for the best new artist category are new but their die hard fans know they’ve been making waves long before their breakout success in 2024.

 Wildfire in North of Los Angeles will certainly be one topic during the event which will be broadcast. The award show will be broadcast live from Los Angeles on Feb 2 and Trevor Noah will be hosting it.The upcoming award show will highlight the transformative power of music in rebuilding, uplifting, and supporting those in need. Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. expressed happiness about  many artists coming together to support fellow musicians and those affected by recent wildfires.Many Grammy week events have been cancelled due to wildfires.
